The Platinum Apartment was spacious and comfortable, boasting stunning views of the city. Staff members were particularly helpful, making our stay seamless. Breakfast options included freshly made sandwiches from local restaurants, although the open buffet on Shabbat was a delightful highlight. However, the lack of an onsite breakfast service was somewhat inconvenient. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, but I did miss having more dining options available throughout our stay.

the 21st floor hotel offers stunning views and a fantastic location near public transport and great dining options. the apartments are spacious and stylish. Oz the manager was incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to help us out with recommendations. we particularly loved the flexibility of the housekeeping staff, who always worked around our schedule.

Just a proper fit for a city trip in Jerusalem with good price value. Location was perfect, right off Ben Yehuda street with plenty of shops and food close by. Be aware that breakfast is off-site at local restaurants, so plan accordingly.
