Great views and friendly staff but room cleaning was infrequent and needed improvement.

Big hype, little substance
The apartment is spacious with a remarkable view, yet some minor maintenance issues diminished the experience. Dining options are nearby, and the friendly staff helped enhance the stay. Do take precautions with the narrow staircase for access! It’s a good location but perhaps not as extravagant as expected.

The Platinum Apartment was spacious and comfortable, boasting stunning views of the city. Staff members were particularly helpful, making our stay seamless. Breakfast options included freshly made sandwiches from local restaurants, although the open buffet on Shabbat was a delightful highlight. However, the lack of an onsite breakfast service was somewhat inconvenient. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, but I did miss having more dining options available throughout our stay.

great location but limited hotel services
The apartment was spacious and perfect for a family. The management ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Plus, the breathtaking view of the mountains added a wonderful touch to our experience.
The hotel lacks a full-service dining option.

The view from our room was simply breathtaking! You could see the entire old city. Just a quick walk to everything. However, the bathroom could really use more attention.

Just a proper fit for a city trip in Jerusalem with good price value. Location was perfect, right off Ben Yehuda street with plenty of shops and food close by. Be aware that breakfast is off-site at local restaurants, so plan accordingly.
